Believe in your dreams

Hi ... and happy Sunday,

It's been snowing again since last evening!  Brrr   :(
Lots of people are longing for spring but it is only late february so we have to wait
a bit longer. But ... it's warm and cosy inside and I've been happy crafting this sunday morning.

I made a tag for this weeks challenge at Just some Lines.
You have to use an image from Just some lines. If you would like to participate, they offer freebies.

I used the image "up and away". Colored it in Photoshop. Embossed the tag using my cuttlebug.
The paper on the tag is Springtime from Echo Park.
The background paper is from Rosa Dotje.
I made the sentiment myself.

I'm entering this tag in the next challenges:

Hippie Chic

Hi,

Last weekend I went to a crafting fair and bought some great stuff to make new cards with.
One of the things I bought was a paper pad from DCWV called Hippie Chic ......
LOVELY flower power paper.

I made two cards using that paper.

The first card "happy day" I made using this weeks sketch at tuesday morning sketch.

The digital image, the cheering girl, I had on my computer for a long time. I can't find the source anymore, sorry about that.
I colored the image in Photoshop using the same colors as on the paper.
The letter stickers, buttons and string I had in my stock.

I'm entering this card in the next challenges:

The other card I made with the Hippie Chic paper is after this month's sketch over at Trimcraft.

The digital image is a freebie I found the other day by coincidence at Kristy Wiseman.
I paper pieced that image using coordinating paper.
The sentiment is from desert diva. http://desertdiva-hannelie.blogspot.nl/. The little heart brad is from Artemio.

Little birdie

Hi,

I designed a card! My first one. Must say I'm pretty pleased with the result.
The inspiration for this card was an image of a cake I found on Pinterest.

   Doesn't this cake looks cute?

I love the colors and design.
I drew a branch with leaves in Photoshop using (free) preset brushes.
I used the same colors as on the cake. The little birdie is also a brush.
The striped paper was the easiest part made in PS.

http://sirstampalotchallenge.blogspot.nl/2013/02/february-challenge.html fur and feather.

Today I discovered a sweet blog I must share with you. The blog is called Delightful Distractions.
You can find lots of free printables there, for instance these cute Valentine cards
(maybe a nice tip to give your sweetheart a card tomorrow?).

here is the link.

Have a nice Valentines day and thank you for visiting. Your comments are much appreciated!

Fur-ever friends

    Hi,

Yeahhhhh ... it is friday again and a special friday for me! But first this.

I had some time on my hands this morning to make a card using
a digital stamp I won from last month's Birdie Brown challenge.
It is a cute stamp called furever love.

I used the deconstructed Sketch No. 88 to
                  make this card.

I colored the digital stamp in Photoshop. The background paper is from jillibean-soup.
The sentiment I created myself. The cute dog bone embellishment I had lying around for ages.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:

I also want to share with you another card I made especially for my wonderful boyfriend Robert.
We met 5 years ago today and pretty much been together from the first moment we met.
He is loves photography (here is a link to his website).
So for our anniversary I decided to make a camera shaped card with a little poem inside.
He was very pleased with it.

I want to thank you for visiting my little blog and thanks if you leave me a comment.
Have a nice day.
